New Termserv Changes

In the interests of increased security, we changed termserv over the weekend.  This doesn't affect a lot of people because most of you listen to my advice and connect directly to your own PC.  But, for every majority there must be a minority.  Here's how you get in now:

First, right click on the icon you use to access termserv. You should then see a window that looks like this:

See the box with "Computer Name"?  Change yours to match what is shown above (add the :2020 to the address).

Now, click on the "Advanced" tab.

Then, click "Settings".  You should get a new window like this:

Change your Connection Settings to match what is shown above (Do not use an RD Gateway server).

Click Ok and then go back to the "General" tab.  Save the settings.

Should be good to go.

For the Mac, if you know how to edit your connection settings, it's basically the same thing. Use the same server connection (termserv.wsh-law.com:2020) and username (wshadmin\yourusername), without the RD Gateway.  Or, just create a new RDC connection and fill in the information.
